ICE CREAM SOCIAL - Saturday, May 3rd from 11 - 12 noon Five Canyons Recreation Center
Please come out and help us celebrate the opening of the pool for the 2008 season with an Ice Cream Social complete with all the trimmings.

Five Canyons Community Yard Sale May 17th and May 18th
The Five Canyons Association yard sale is scheduled for Saturday May 17 and Sunday May 18 – Rain or shine. The association will place ads in the Castro Valley Forum and the Daily Review to help advertise this event. Due to many requests, signs will be placed on Castro Valley Boulevard as well. The hours for this yard sale are 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Swimming Pool Opens on May 3rd
The swimming pool area and clubhouse are getting a fresh coat of paint prior to the pool opening. Painting of the pool area fence, pump room, restrooms and clubhouse is scheduled maintenance and paid through the assessments. The Five Canyons Swimming pool will open officially on Saturday May 3.

A feature available at the swimming pool is wireless internet connection. You can now browse the web while basking at the pool. Please note, the association assumes no liability for internet connection, content, virus’s, worms etc. that may occur during your use of the open non-encrypted internet access. Use this internet connection at your own risk.

Welcome to the Five Canyons Homeowners Association Website

Five Canyons is a beautiful planned community located in the hills of Castro Valley, California. The Five Canyons Homeowners Association includes 913 homes. There are 196 additional homes in Five Canyons that are not part of the Five Canyons HOA.

Members of the Five Canyons Homeowners Association have access to three tennis courts a sport court and a Recreation Center which includes a Junior Olympic size pool, hot tub and a toddler pool. Within Five Canyons there are three separate playgrounds and a park. There are also miles of hiking trails close by.

Five Canyons is near the 580 freeway, which provides access to both 880 and 680 freeways. There is a shopping center near by which includes a Supermarket. Just down the road is Independent Elementary School and a short drive away is Canyon Middle School.

Five Canyons is a wonderful place to live and a great place to raise a family.
