Clubhouse Information
Clubhouse can be Rented for Private Use
Did you know that the association rents the Five Canyons Recreation Center Clubhouse to members of the
association for private use? Many owners have already utilized this privilege of your Five Canyons membership;
however we have many new owners in Five Canyons that may not be aware. The rules are simple. The clubhouse is
available to members of the association only. The cost is $425.00 for the day and the facility must be returned
in the same condition as when it was received.
The Clubhouse holds 154 persons seated and up to 299 standing (fire department set capacity). With the clubhouse,
members have full use of the sound system (CDs and cassette tapes only), 22 folding tables, 134 padded folding
chairs, complete commercial style kitchen, patio area (with patio furniture) and dance floor. All utilities are
included with your rental (except trash removal).
The swimming pool and the entire pool area are not included in the rental. The swimming
pool area cannot be rented by any one member of the association. In addition to the rental cost of $425.00, a
fully refundable deposit of $375.00 is also required, as is an additional insured endorsement from your personal
insurance provider for the Five Canyons Association.
